Contact Improvisation

Contact improvisation is a form of movement, dance, where we sense each other through touch. Through touch we give a support to each other, we lead and we let us be led, we take on the weight of the other or transfer our weight to them, we provoke and temper a fall, give energy to fly and fly, carried away by a place where we touch our partner. All the time with the feeling of freedom, efortlessly, using physical laws that, after some practice, are well understandable for our body itself, rather than let it be controlled by our mind. Our mind just watches, wonders and enjoys. The courses start on 11 September


Light Flight Dance (Contemporary Dance)

Technique of contemporary dance that respects natural qualities of the body and uses its structures, forces of gravity and momentum. Movement of body resembles a flight through the air, a free fall, free flow of liquid. Shapes, images and trajectories are unpredictable, fresh and perfect, just because they rise organically. You experience surrender, relaxation. Body reacts immediately and effortlessly. Right away, it is able to develop precise and almost imperceptible force, which causes a radical change of position, invokes a flight, jump or fall… You feel that you aren’t using your muscles. Body is able to orient itself low near the ground, as well as standing and in the flight across the space. The natural dynamics of the body is accompanied by music and brings feeling of lightness and growing of strength. Course starts on 12 September

Infinite 5D Dance Series A place for the development of abstract body language and imagination stimulation. A place where the diversity of our mind is embodied in our movement, and our movement raises the vibration of the mind and the whole being. A place where we can create, play and feel, watch our nonlinear tendencies, ride the emotional waves, and then leave them. The place where the essence of our six senses is distilled. The six senses which develop through the untamed dance.


Qigong

The name term Qigong can be translated as „working with life energy″. It is an exercise of slow, consecutive, fluent movements which bring a concrete experience of one’s own energy and are a very effective way to inner balance and release. Through motion, breath and awareness the Qi energy is led through the body – the energy which is the life-giving force flowing in every living being. Slow, light and fluent movements encourage the lymph flow, blood circulation in the veins and Qi flow in the meridians. At the same time joints, tendons and muscles are being practiced without being overburdened. Courses begin on 17 September


Noon Yoga

Monday lessons are a deeply energizing practice utilizing both mental and physical exercises. Depending on how you are exercising, either swiftly and vigorously, or relaxed and meditative, you will experience either an invigorating or calming effect. Tuesday lessons are an introduction to the system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. For the most of the people, Ashtanga is initially too difficult, so the lessons are a little relieved to be accessible to anyone, but they are still as „challenging and juicy“ as the original Ashtanga. Wednesday kundalini yoga and meditation course is focused mostly on strenghtening the nervous system, balancing the hormonal system and releasing inner blockages and tensions in our psyche and body.
