Courses begin from month of September. You can join us at any time of the year. Lessons are open to everybody regardless of previous experience. Time table of all activities is available in schedule.


Dynamic Wave (contemporary dance)

Lessons of contemporary dance using structures and qualities of the human body, gravitational force and inertia of the movement. Movement of the body is like flight in the air, free fall, pouring. Forms, images and paths arise organically, they are unexpected, novel and perfect. You experience submission, relaxation. You react immediately and effortlessly. You are able to exert exact and infinitesimal power which causes radical change in the position and elicits flight, jump or fall… You have the feeling that you are not using your muscles. Your body can orient well close to the ground, when standing and also in flight throught the space. Natural dynamics supported by music brings feelings of lightness and growing strength.
The courses begin on 13 March, 16 April and 13 May.

Contact Improvisation. A dance in which we can extend our horizons and give physical fulfillment to our imagination. Listening in movement, freedom and perfect interplay. Course for beginners, for those who want to experience how to enjoy movement with a perfect connection in physical contact as well as for the advanced who want to delve deeper into the topic of orientation in space. An opportunity to become acquainted with something completely new, to enter the world of movement and touch, to get new movement habits and to open the way among those who regularly dance in classes and jams. We look forward to all the newcomers, curious and open.
The course begins on 29 May.

Contact Improvisation - Flight Trajectories and Orientation in the Air

A series of intermediate and beginner lessons focused on the play of subtle forces, mutual influencing in movement, balancing, weight shifting and holding in flight. We will look at movement in three-dimensional trajectories and explore the movement paths into the space onto the partner and above him. We will learn the intelligence of the body carried by motion and its kinetic instincts much faster than conscious actions. Instead of searching for support at a fixed point, we will look at what it looks like when our nervous system begins to focus on the progression of the movement. How a moving body seeks support in invisible directions or in a moving partner.
The course begins on 29 April.

Morning movement training for those who want to experience new adventures in their body, cultivate and explore abilities that we have not even dreamt about. We will open the door to the world of movement enjoyment and perceptions. We will uncover idle capacity of the body, ability to react exactly to current situation. There will be a lot of physical and mental training. We will learn to move precisely and effortlessly, to communicate without words, to perceive different qualities. Mind becomes flexible and it will work in unexpected contexts. You will cultivate your body so that it becomes agile, open and receiving, ready to have decisions as fast and bright as light go through the nervous pathways.
The course begins on 14 May.
