Kundalini is a gentle, deep and euphoric quality of life energy. It supports life and develops talents, it is healing and rejuvenescent. It „sleeps“ in our pelvis and it can be activated.

Kundalini yoga developed the art to activate this energy using dynamic exercises, particular positions – asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and singing of mantras. Yogi Bhajan created unicate, direct, quick, rythmic set of exercises, whose aim is to awaken the full potential of human conscioussness. It develops the possibility to listen deeply, cultivate the inner silence, reach the prosperity and excellence in anything we do. It supports joy, activity, creativity, physical and psychic health of organism.

Kundalini yoga – that is flexible back, strong immunity, well-functioning nervous, endocrinous and reproductive system, love towards ourselves, openness in communication with people, trust into our own power, prowess and the art of seeing the beauty in everything around us.

She practices Kundalini yoga according to Yogi Bhajan. Currently, she is a student of the first Czech training for the teachers of Kundalini yoga of 1st level, that is shielded by the International organization Kundalini Reseearch Institute (USA).
