This kundalini yoga and meditation course is focused mostly on strenghtening the nervous system, balancing the hormonal system and releasing inner blockages and tensions in our psyche and body. You will learn how to work with the stress, how to relax and connect with your inner source of vitality and joy, and regain mental strength and inner peace.
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful energetic kind of yoga that is designed to give you an experience of your true inner self. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. It enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.
The course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced yogis. Bring a comfortable cloth with you.
Irena has been studying and practicing yoga for over twenty years. She is a certified yoga teacher in Kundalini Yoga and Meditations, Hormonal Yoga Therapy and Laughter Yoga. She deepens her knowledge further by studying Kundalini Medicine & Therapy, Energetic healing and Sound healing. She was initiated into the therapeutic use of gong and shamanic drum. Irena teaches in Czech with English guidelines.
