Dynamic Meditation
Perhaps it is one of the most active meditations of OSHO. The clothes will not keep dry and at the end longing state of your mind will appear. It is a movement meditation between two poles, only in this moment dynamics can arise. Dynamic means an effort and meditation means a silence. Meditation is devided into 5 phases.
No Dimension
This is a powerful method of OSHO meditations for centering energy of the body as the center of human being, from where it is more easier to open to the world, that meet us there. This meditation is one of the methods that influence how you would feel the whole day. This one-hour meditation has three stages and in the second stage you begin whirling around your center. It is based on Sufi techniqueof movements for awareness. It has also deep impact on your heart opening. This part of the human body is usually commanded by fear, apprehensive mood, clasp. When your heart openes during meditation, we can feel the space in our system for the external world, love and power. All of this leads to the feeling we can start the day with love and free.
Chakra Breathing
Chakra breathing meditation can help you to bring your awareness into your
seven chakras. In systematic Chakra Meditation, you progressively move your
focus and attention through the chakras, along with awareness of the nature of
each chakra. This helps prepare the mind to be able to focus on the chakras.
This is an active meditation, guided with the music and uses the fast and the
deep breathing and the body movements for the chakra opening, bringing its
awareness and vitality there. This method is best done on an empty stomach in
the early morning or late afternoon to deepen an effect and stability.
