Through the free dance we walk towards ourselves. At the place where the intelect ends, the heart and soul begins. Surrender to the rhythm of music, discover your true essence… express who you really are… dance your passion, your beauty, your pain… rest in safety. Come to yourself… home.

No previous experience is needed, just the willing and the ability to merge with music, with yourself, with anything that is happenning in me right now and to express it freely.

For years I felt the dance in my body, in my heart, but I didn’t know the environment where I could dance what I wanted.

With the music that helps me to dive into myself and find what is happenning in my body, what my body needs. Feel what I’m experiencing, fully. Meet others through dance, even though just through a non-judging glance that accepts what is, or through touch or hug. I wanted to find a place where I cry when there are tears inside me, where I clap when the rhythm embraces me, where I shout when rage overwhelms me, where I laugh because the wave of joy is carrying me away, where I can see into the soul of the person who I dance with, because they opened their heart…

One evening I was at the course at the dance center in Seattle, where I used to live that days. The hall besides was full of music that moved my body, there was twilight and dance, heterogeneous group of strange people that were dancing in ways they wanted. For the next two years I didn’t miss a dance.

Prague had been missing something like that, so I decided that I’ll try it, with a great support of my friends and the dance community from Seattle. For two years we have been dancing every week.
