Yoga means connection. When the physical body is in the unity with mind and consciousness, everything what is inside coheres with what is outside. Everything creates a perfectly interconnected unity. Our awareness is in all of our body parts, and our muscles are so elastic, that the joints and the whole body can move in its whole maximal range. We are as free as birds and every our movement is an asana

The thousands-years-old elaborate system of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga is the path for anybody who misses anything from this perfectness, too. It provides the possibility to be in contact with ourselves. During exercises, we can use our insufficiencies, blockages and stiff muscles for understanding ourselves and releasing the energy, which our body kept blocked in the stiff muscles and tendons. Every removed blockage adds us a power to achieve the original unity and freedom.

Veronika Švecová – Vinyasa jóga

Vinyasa flow yoga is hatha yogic (i. e. body) exercise, where instead of the „classical“ yoga you can expect not only stretching poses, but also more of the fluent movement (vinyasa), that links the particular asanas together. The exercise of the vinyasa flow yoga also places great emphasis on the breath, which guides not only the physical flow of movement, but gives also the possibility for the mind to concentrate. Each lesson can be themed to a specific type of asanas, according to their anatomical effect. At all the lessons we will try to work gently, with respect to our own body and its current possibilities.
