Lessons are an introduction to the system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, the physically more challenging dynamic yoga. A shortened version of Ashtanga Primary Series brings a certain order and confidence into the exercises. For the most of the people, Ashtanga is initially too difficult, so the lessons are a little relieved to be accessible to anyone, but they are still as „challenging and juicy“ as the original Ashtanga. The series follows systematically step by step, so after a certain time, a person is ready to complete the Primary Series. If you want to let your body be carried away by the wave of breath, to be fully „here and now“, if you need to stretch and strengthen your muscles, if you like a little bit of the healthy pain and if you love when you are sweating during the exercise and when you are able to stop the vagaries of your mind, you are always welcome. Levitation is almost certain!
