Training for Life VI. - Third Eye

A journey into the levels of human consciousness through the seven energy centers. The program for the full training is in seven modules:

Training for Life is an intense process of exploration and self-discovery. It is a deep journey into our inner and outer world.

The aim of this work is to open our full potential as a human being, to reconnect our essential nature and to apply our inner discoveries in life.
We will investigate the many aspects of our being using the map of the chakra system. This map makes the connection between spirit and matter, mind and body, heaven and earth. In this journey we move through all levels of experience: Survival and manifestation; flow and connection; power and energy; love and relationship; communication and creativity; inner-vision and intuition; consciousness and awareness.

We work in seven modules, each focusing in-depth in one energy center and always relating to the system as a whole. You come out of a module with tools to creatively express and manifest what you have discovered and understood in your everyday life. With the completion of the whole training, you will have acquired skills for working with people. You will have assignments and supervision to keep moving and exploring between the modules.
It is a dynamic and self-transforming process.

The modules are complete in themselves and can be booked individually.

Third Eye – inner vision and intuition

The Sixth chakra, also known as the “Third Eye”, is located at the level of brow inside the head. It is related to the eyes, ears and pineal gland. Its essence is the ability to see and perceive with clarity and vision. The element of sixth chakra is light.

Through this center we are able to look within and see ourselves beyond our self-identity and limited mind and personality patterns.

The themes of Sixth chakra are intuition, insights, symbolic thinking, abstraction, imagination, psychic faculties, dreams and visions.

When the Sixth chakra is closed the mind becomes narrow, confused, unfocused and we have difficulties differentiating reality from imagination, resulting in compulsive thinking, little space for imagination and inability to keep on with a vision.

In this module we will:

• Understanding the “nature of mind” and dis-identification with “thought processes”.

• Opening our intuition and applying it as a guiding principle for our Life’s journey.

• Learning to distinguish Wakefulness from Illusion and Clarity from Confusion

• Enhancing the perception of our inner and outer reality, opening possibilities to experience life from a more expanded view than from our limited personality patterns.

• Uncover negative images we have about ourselves and the way they influence the manifestation of our potential.

The developmental stage of Sixth Chakra is around adolescence, with the ability for symbolic thinking and abstraction. In this chakra we seek the light of consciousness and learn to focus that light in order to see clearly. That energy is captured into a picture, an idea, a vision, and functions as the blue print for manifestation.

As the 3rd eye opens the “Witness” aspect of our being is actived and we start perceiving reality with more clarity, seeing through the density of the physical world into the subltle realm of energy and spirit.

Komala de Amorim (Brazil)

I am born in Brazil, where I graduated in Art Education and start exploring the voice and spontaneous singing as ways to make contact with my inner self. In my early twenties I moved to India and lived for many years at the Osho meditation Resort, where I learned, experienced and taught a variety of transpersonal and meditative therapies, self-development techniques and body-work.

Many years of meditation practice, self-enquiry and singing skills, combined with exploration of spiritual traditions as Zen, Sufism and Tantra, and various western therapeutic methods are the base of my work. I am trained in: Craniosacral Biodynamic; Primal Therapy and Sexual-de-conditioning, Essence Work and Chakra Balancing, Hara Awareness Massage, Voicing, Awareness Intensive, Satori, Die Before you Die.

My own inner process and the learning of different techniques made me understand that all the methods brings me to myself, when the longing is deep and the search is sincere. This passion I have been sharing through courses and trainings around the world, and those meetings have been a very precious teaching.
When human beings come together, with the intention to expand their life and discover their inner reality, magic happens and everyone that is part of it grows.

Gregor Steinmaurer (Austria)

I am a systemic therapist, seminar leader, meditation teacher and a passionate devotee of the exploration and study of consciousness and integral living.

While studying history and philosophy in my early twenties I started to work with a mystery school based on the teachings of the Indian mystic Osho. This brought me to India, to the Meditation Center in Pune, where I got trained and worked as a therapist and group leader. I have been learning and working with a variety of eastern and western methods such as: Awareness Intensives, Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Zen Counseling and Gestalt, Bodywork and Massage Therapies, Energy Reading, NLP, Primal Therapy and Trauma healing (Somatic Experiencing ®). In the last years my work has been deeply influenced by the Integral Theory formulated by Ken Wilber and Evolutionary Spirituality from Thomas Hübl.

I work internationally leading workshops focusing on the integration of meditation, therapy and new approaches to healing into a modern form of Spirituality. I also work together with my partner Komala on Male-Female Polarity, Conscious Relationship, and the Training for Life. An important element is working with men in seminars and longer trainings, supporting an awakened and conscious masculinity.

Workshop will take place in Kohoutov (Czech Republic).
Beginning on Friday in the evening. Ending on Wednesday after lunch.

The price is 640 EUR. For reservation deposit of 210 EUR must be paid in advance.

Price does not include accomodation and food, which is paid separately on site. For accomodation it is 870 CZK in a bed with bedding or 690 CZK in the small hall or outside the centre. this is our personal invitation for the TRAINING FOR LIFE – an inner process work that.

Through the different seminars we have been offering we understand that it is time to offer a possibility to move deeper with a continuous process. This is also our personal longing to create a space for real transformation that involves our inner and outer experiences.

Therefore we created this training based on the Chakra System, which is concern with the eternal flow of life force that connects mind, body and spirit. The Chakra system is a map that has a systematic and direct approach of clearing and opening. It gives us a clear orientation to move deep into one specific aspect of our lives while relating it integraly to the whole of ourselves as body, mind, emotions, mental and spiritual as well as cultural and social beings.

This is a process that opens the doors to our physical strength and emotional freedom, to our inner power and to our heart’s call for intimacy and comunion, creating spaces for clear comunication and creativity. Meanwhile, as we come closer and closer to our human nature, the realm of the mystical and transcendental naturally manifests.

The TRAINING FOR LIFE provides basic and powerful tools to unfold and enrich your daily life. You can discover, through the guidance of the group process and your own personal work, your innate potential, finding ways to recreate your life in accordance to your essential individual qualities.

An important part of the teaching methodology in this training is learning to read energies and to practice supporting another person in their individual process. Those are skills you can use if you work with people in a therapeutic setting and in your personal life: work, family, friends, as a way to enrich your relations with people and the world.

This is an ongoing process that develops within the period of 3 years. Each module works on issues related to a specific Chakra Center. A module is complete in itself; therefore it is possible to participate in a separate module without following the whole training. When you choose to follow the full training, you will receive tasks between the modules with online supervision by the teachers.

Bodywork, Bioenergetics and conscious physical activities; Active and Silent Meditation; Sensory and body Awareness; Voicing; Energy Reading and Counselling; Group Dynamics and Individual History; Learning to understand ones own energy levels and structures; Teaching about the chakra map and related issues.
