Essential Flow - Yin Yoga And Self Inquiry

Monday 16:00 – 17:30

12 classes during 19 January – 13 April 2026

Yin yoga invites you to perceive the body in its deeper structures, allowing the mind to settle and enter a more meditative state through longer holds in positions. In this somatic yoga practice, emphasis is placed on feeling and listening – on perceiving the subtle energies, movements, and transformations that occur in the body over time. While flowing through individual positions, we will also explore various natural qualities of our being, such as trust, joy, or strength, and become familiar with how they manifest in the body.

The classes support grounding, nervous system regulation, and facilitate deeper contact with ourselves in everyday life. In this practice, you are invited to meet and stay with everything that arises. It is a way to gradually become familiar with the language of your own body and read the information it carries. In this practice, we exchange the effort to practice correctly for sensitivity to our own body and curiosity.

Each class has a cohesive theme that always covers a different part of the overall picture of ourselves, towards which we are heading in the course. The classes are open to all levels as they represent a deeper dive into one’s own human experience, for which Yin yoga is the medium.

Sushma Orli Wechsner (Israel)

In her, an experienced guide of self-exploration and a sensitive yoga instructor come together. She inspires with her gentle yet open approach and creates a space where the body connects with mind and spirit. She directs her passion for exploring human experience to where our experience can manifest and unfold in the body and speak to us through the senses. In her classes, she creates an opportunity to discover spaces where gentle attention meets what naturally arises within us. She masterfully conveys the art of curious listening and bodily exploration. Through these practices, she is able to support deeper grounding in the body and authentic presence.

Classes are taught in English, interpreted into Czech.

Classes take place in Prague.
