We meet ourselves by movement, dance, meditation, touch or music. Druna provides courses of contact improvisation, Feldenkrais method, or Yoga. You can find all our activities in the list of courses. More activities organized by Druna people are available in workshops or evenings.

There is no language barrier in Druna. We speak through movement, contact, rythm or sound. Moreover, we can speak English, too.

We can travel across valleys of understanding that, inevitably, will culminate on the pinnacle of the cognition of your unchangeable and natural freedom, aliveness, happiness, peace and fulfillment.

Intuitive painting will allow us to actively get rid off all heaviness on our body and soul. Painting itself activates our creative and unfailing limites. Perception of the energetic paitings bring us wider visioning. We will also explore and deepen our sensation for colour vibration. Intuitive paiting will be connected with our aura and energetic centers in our bodies, called the chakras. During the workshops an opportunity will be arisen to explore and understand each chakras. What´s more with the paintings we can identify some blocks, that are holding back our energy flow and in the train of that we can find the way how to clean our chakra or to create new picture enabling the harmonization.
